I’m Dr. Dennis McLeod II, founder and CEO of MPACS Therapy. With over a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting emerging adults, early career professionals, and the African American/Black community. My approach is client-centered, grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships and using evidence-based care. As a qualified mindfulness teacher, I often integrate mindfulness practices into treatment for chronic pain, trauma, emotional challenges, and substance use. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a consultant and mentor, helping institutions advance wellness and equity. My goal is to empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive.

I’m Dr. Reisha Moxley, a Counseling Psychologist with over 17 years of experience helping people build stronger, more meaningful connections in their personal and professional lives. My approach is grounded in developing an authentic, collaborative relationship with each client, since I believe true growth begins with trust. I have worked in diverse settings including private practice, community mental health, and university counseling centers, and I draw on this experience to meet clients where they are. Whether you’re struggling in relationships, facing life transitions, or seeking deeper fulfillment, I’m here to support you in creating lasting change.

I’m Dr. Nmezi, a licensed Psychologist specializing in Rehabilitation Psychology. I work with people managing both medical and psychiatric conditions, helping them navigate challenges like chronic illness, disability, depression, and anxiety. I also provide ADHD testing, evaluation, and brief evidence-based therapy. My approach is holistic and compassionate, considering not only your health but also your values, culture, and everyday life. My name is Dr. Romero Huffstead and I’m a Pre-Licensed Psychologist at MPACS offering individual and couples counseling. My clinical specialties include: anxiety, depression, sports psychology, stress management, anger management, adjustment concerns, family concerns, relationship concerns, interpersonal concerns, academic concerns, career concerns, and trauma. In addition, I specialize in working with athletes, military veterans, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Clinically, I approach therapy from an integrative perspective that is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).I commend you for taking the first step in receiving support! We can all benefit from having someone to talk to when life presents various challenges and things become overwhelming. In my work, I value creating a therapeutic space where clients can share their experiences, feel heard, feel validated, and receive effective strategies to help achieve their goals. I acknowledge that seeking help is not always easy which is why I emphasize quality care, authenticity, and a trusting relationship with my clients. I'm originally from Chicago, IL and moved to Atlanta, GA in 2017. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Auburn University, M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University, and B.A. in Psychology from Denison University. In addition, I completed my APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University.On a personal note, I enjoy family time with my wife and two sons, playing basketball, watching Chicago sports (Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and Cubs), hanging out with friends, and trying new foods!

I’m Dr. Bianca Castellano, a clinical psychologist. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and comprehensive psychological evaluations, including assessments for ADHD, diagnostic clarity, and recommendations for workplace or academic accommodations when clinically appropriate. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, mood concerns, neurodivergence, identity exploration, burnout, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you are seeking support through therapy, looking to strengthen your relationships, or pursuing a comprehensive evaluation to better understand your mental health, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

I’m Dr. Jaron Jones, a Leadership & Performance Coach at MPACS. I help individuals and teams unlock their potential through evidence-based coaching, personal storytelling, and leadership development. With a background in organizational strategy, DEI, and adult learning, I work with clients to clarify their purpose, build resilience, and lead with greater self-awareness. My coaching style blends psychological insight with practical tools to create meaningful, measurable growth. Alongside one-on-one coaching, I design and facilitate workshops that foster inclusive, values-driven leadership cultures where people and organizations can thrive.

I’m Amanda Wentworth, a yoga therapist trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage of TKV Desikachar. After completing a three-year, 1,000-hour yoga therapy program in 2018, I continue to mentor with the Yoga Well Institute while teaching group classes, private sessions, and research-based programs at Vanderbilt’s Osher Center for Integrative Health. I also enjoy sharing yoga with children of all ages. My approach integrates mind, movement, and breath to create a safe, nourishing space for self-discovery and healing, tailored to each person’s unique experience.

I’m Heku, Health & Wellness Consultant at MPACS and founder of Innity Within. My work centers on guiding individuals toward self-awareness and holistic well-being through mindfulness, intentional movement, nutrition, and stress reduction. Drawing on ancient Kemetian wisdom and the principle of “Man Know Thyself,” I help clients cultivate balance and harmony in their lives. I also facilitate a trauma-informed mindfulness course for BIPOC communities and lead workshops that blend movement, cultural traditions, and spiritual practices to reduce stress, address trauma, and promote healing in a supportive, responsive environment.
